What is Delta 8 THC and do you sell it?
Yes, of course, we sell Delta 8 THC products! Yes it is legal and yes it will get you high. All of our employees are trained on the use and intricacies of Delta 8 THC, but users should read warning labels and use accordingly. Users should also do their own research, but we are still here to answer any additional questions that you might have.
According to the National Cancer Institute, delta-8-THC can be defined as:
“An analogue of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with antiemetic, anxiolytic, appetite-stimulating, analgesic, and neuroprotective properties. [Delta 8 THC] binds to the cannabinoid G-protein coupled receptor CB1, located in the central nervous system…This agent exhibits a lower psychotropic potency than [delta 9 THC], the primary form of THC found in cannabis.”
Delta 8 THC is chemically different from delta 9 THC by only a single bond and still offers a potent euphoric effect of its own. Delta 8 THC is legal under the regulations explained in the 2018 Farm Bill. Users should be aware that they could possibly still fail a drug test and should take caution with the use of this product if they are concerned about drug testing.
Return Policy
We offer a 30 day exchange policy on manufacturer defects. If we sell you a product that stops working because of poor manufacturing, simply bring in your defective product and receipt and we will swap it out for a brand new product. Customer service is our number one priority, so we will do everything in our power to make sure you are happy. It's true that you can't make everyone happy, but we try our very best to break that rule and constantly strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
